Welcome to the Divine Fertility Messages Blog

It’s been a tough journey since I died and came back, a year and a half ago.
I got admitted to the hospital with an emergency appendectomy, one of the worst the hospital has ever seen.
They were surprised I wasn’t showing worse symptoms, but I guess that’s what I get for being spiritual and for having been raised in a culture where you don’t show your pain, you just tough it up and move on.
I’m not going over the details of how that happened as I don’t want to keep embedding the same unhappy story in my neurology.
Instead, I’ll focus on the learning lessons I’ve gotten, now that I reflect back.
How do you appreciate your health? When you have it? Or when you don’t?
Over time, analysing my body, this lifetime, and looking through a lens of ‘a soul comes through the physical form to experience sight, sound, feelings, coupled with experiencing learning lessons that are different from a previous lifetime (just for the fun of it really)’, I’ve realised that
This human body is way more fragile I’ve set it out to be and it always wins at the end of the day.
If you ignore it, long enough, it will come bite you in the ass. You’re then forced to pay attention, as you, literally, don’t have any other choice.
What normally happens, is that, your body gives you signs, nudges over time. It starts with a stiff thing here and there, a pain here and there. You pop a painkiller, move on, ignore it.
You keep going, focusing on what you were taught is important, career, friends, family, etc.
Your body screams a bit more, and over time, it cracks and properly breaks.
At that point, your bones are in a cast, you’ve had an accident, your appendix decided to play up and you end up in hospital with 2 surgeries back to back because you didn’t listen.
But then … when do you listen?
If you don’t listen then, it will kick you again, at some other point in life. Until you properly listen.
And how do you properly listen?
You’ve lived a whole lifetime, so far, full of predestined chess moves, back and forth, to lead you to this point.
How can you possibly shift an already deeply embedded neurology, muscle memory of same things over and over, into something new, something you actually don’t even know what it is?
You meditate, you talk to the divine, you ask, you listen.
Divine will tell you, if you are quiet, and listen, through all the noise around you.
Go walk in a park, listen to your favourite music, take 30 minutes of daily ‘me time’ and focus on yourself. Eat a healthy meal, stretch your muscles today, close your eyes and rest for 10 minutes in complete silence … you sort of have to do all these, otherwise your body will bite you again, most likely a lot harder than this time.
And if you don’t listen, it’s ok, maybe you haven’t hit your ‘lowest, worst point’ yet. Maybe you need to hit that in order to listen.
My message (and action steps) for you:
Listen to your body, find balance between listening to what your body needs and moving forward in your life. Harmony is key here. Focus on everything you’ve focused on so far, in smaller increments of time, and add another aspect to it - your health. Your body is physical, it’s not like you can get another one if this one fails. Treasure it, maintain it, love it.
And always remember ...
You are worthy, you are loved, you are enough, always!
