I remember a simple conversation I had with someone.
I asked ‘how are you?’ in an excited fashion, hoping to hear what’s new and exciting.
She put her head down, and in a very pessimistic fashion, she said
‘Oh well, such is life, I go to work, take care of the kids, cook, clean, rinse and repeat, such is life’
The way she said it, it was very much a fact, as if that was real - a pessimistic life without any prospects.
I asked her ‘You don’t seem to be happy with that, your head is down and your tone of voice is low, are you okay?’
She replied
‘God gives us this shitty life, we’re just meant to go through it, and die’
Uuuuf, that was very heavily (emotionally) loaded.
I then thought ‘This seems to be her reality, she seems really convinced of what she’s saying, does she know there are alternatives?’
I asked her ‘Do you want to change it?’
She replied
‘You can’t change what is given to you’
Uuuuf, another truth bomb.
Her truth.
Divinely speaking, yes, the path that’s meant for you, will happen, as you signed up for it before you got here … and you can also make small changes here and there if you wish.
I asked ‘But do you want to?’
She replied ‘Of course I want to’
I said
‘Then change it, your reality can be different, look around you, you see everything through your eyes and you’re convinced it’s the truth, and it is, it’s your truth … what if you can change your truth to something else?’
She then got a very puzzled look on her face and appeared as if she’s short circuited - maybe her neurology got overloaded in her brain and she actually did short circuit.
I left her with it and went on my way. I know that simple seed would grow and potentially would help create a different reality for her.
I then analysed my reality - I’m full of rainbows and butterflies, always knowing something new and exciting is always about to happen and I can’t wait for it.
Looking back at my life, I feel like I’ve gone through quite a lot of things, but I’ve always maintained a positive attitude, having a foundation of life based on love, kindness, happiness, good outcomes and a hopeful attitude.
Divine never gives us more than we can handle.
I also know it’s divinely guided that we get everything we get in our paths, it’s to help us grow and to help us experience different things, extremes of sorts - a horrible event that feels absolutely horrendous, that always leads towards a positive lesson in the end (after going through all the stages of grief, of course).
I have also noticed that divine throws more ‘horrendous’ things to people who seem to be very spiritual and understand the ‘big scheme of things’ (either consciously or subconsciously).
Those people are generally old souls who reincarnate in this lifetime. They had many lifetimes, experienced different events, added skillsets they can now use in this lifetime.
I could feel this person I was talking to was one of those people.
The more she talked to me, the more I could see her previous lifetimes, the lessons she needed to learn in this lifetime, the burden she felt she needed to carry and the outcome she could have, had she turned on the switch on learning the things she came here to learn.
It wasn’t my place to give her all the channelled messages I was getting for her.
I was getting so many messages, left, right and centre, all so valuable.
I was fighting my own desire to ‘save’ her and help her get away from the misery she seemed to believe she was in and from which she felt she didn’t have an escape from.
I did give her that small tip, because divine said it was the right time for her to receive it and not push it away.
Sometimes, if channelled messages are given to someone, at the wrong time, they may get so triggered by it, they would resent it and not really see the huge value it brings to them.
The fact that she short circuited a little bit meant the message went in.
It, in fact, didn’t go in just mentally, as she was able to think about it and ponder a little bit.
It went in physically, in her neurology, something she would not be able to now change.
A small piece of information that would help her grow, exponentially, from now on.
With every day from now on, she would subconsciously start analysing her life and notice areas where she could make different choices.
Eventually, over time, she would make small moves, little decisions here and there, which would eventually help her get the lessons she came here to get.
I am secretly envisioning that her life would change, to the better, a lot sooner, rather than later.
I’ll never know, but I do know that I helped this person today.
I helped her create a new reality for herself.
A reality she never thought was possible before.
My message (and action steps for you):
What’s your reality? Doom and gloom? Happy and go lucky? Whatever your reality is, do know you can change it. And when you change it, magic happens. Watch for the magic in your life after this moment. Regardless of the outcome from any decision changes you will make, everything turns out good in the end. Trust me on this one.
